In a blender or food processor, add the beans, roasted garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite cracker or veggie for dipping.

I, like everyone else, enjoy a good dip! Then after eating half a bowl at the last get together I had I realized how many calories I had just consumed. I needed a dip that was healthy (so I could eat a lot), tasted good and satisfied the party goer. This recipe does just that!
