Depending on the size of the spaghetti squash you use, you'll most likely only use 1/4 of it on this pie crust.
Here are some additional recipes you can use the rest of your spaghetti squash for:
- Prep Time : 5 minutes
- Cook Time : 20 minutes
- Spaghetti Squash - 1 Whole (Roasted & Shredded)
Start by roasting a spaghetti squash and shredding it. Follow the directions on the link if you're not sure how to do this.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Press the spaghetti squash into the bottom and sides of the pie pan. If you would like a thinner crust, use the bottom of a glass to press the spaghetti squash down.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the sides start to lightly brown. Fill with your desired ingredients.

This is one of the most unique pie crusts that I’ve ever stumbled upon so naturally, I needed to try it. The best part is that it’s so incredibly simple and tasty.
I was a skeptic at first but now… I’m hooked!
