This recipe makes about 2 cups. Weight Watchers PointsPlus 5 for 1/2 cup guacamole. (This does not include the points for chips, crackers, etc.)
I’ve found that the best guacamole recipe is one that uses fresh, natural ingredients. My husband’s recipe is the BEST and is super simple to throw together in minutes. So, I thought I’d share it with you.
We especially like that this recipe doesn’t include a packet (that can contain many non-food ingredients including MSG), sour cream or mayonnaise. It’s a lighter and healthier version that I hope you’ll enjoy as much as we do!
