Roasted Carrots

Preheat you oven to 350 degrees.

Peel your carrots and cut them into french fry like strips.  Coat them in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

If your feeling frisky feel free to sprinkle on some fresh herbs or your favorite seasoning.

Bake on a baking sheet for 35-40 minutes.


Assuming you use only 1 Tablespoon olive oil, this recipe will serve 4. Each serving is Weight Watchers PointsPlus 2.
