Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium sized mixing bowl combine, syrup, oil, salt and pepper. Toss brussels sprouts into mixture and transfer to a baking sheet. Cook for 40-45 minutes tossing once throughout cooking time.

**Cut down your point value to 4 PointsPlus per serving by spraying the vegetables prior to baking with Olive Oil cooking Spray. Half way through the baking time, stir the vegetables and spray again with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Finish cooking and Enjoy!
I LOVE brussels sprouts and am constantly looking for new and creative ways to use them. Roasting is the most common method I use, but I rarely play with flavors. I was playing with another recipe in my head that involved using maple syrup so when I stated to think about dinner and I saw the sprouts in my fridge it just clicked.
