The best thing about this recipe isn't the fact that it's incredibly simple and contains ingredients you likely have on hand. It's the fact that you get to taste as you go and make it exactly the way you like it!
Simply, mix the first 4 ingredients into a bowl, adding the olive oil last. Give it a taste. Does it need some more honey? A touch more garlic? Make it your own!
Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil, whisking quickly to emulsify it nicely (this will help the dressing slightly thicken).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle over your favorite salad or our delicious Tri-Colored Carrot Salad (below).
