Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stab potatoes with fork multiple times. Put onto a sheet pan and bake until fork tender (about 40 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool.
Cut off the top of each potato and remove filling being careful to not puncture the bottom. Crack an egg into the hollow potato. Top with a sprinkle of cheese and some cubed ham.
