Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking pan with tinfoil (for easy clean up as baked balsamic vinegar will stick to the pan and will be very difficult to remove without soaking) or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Fill each dried date with cheese and set on the baking pan about 2 inches apart.

If using almonds, add 1 to each date on top of the cheese.

Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.

Bake for 10 minutes.

These stuffed dates are so incredibly simple to make and sooo delicious! What an easy appetizer, right?

You can stuff these with any flavor cheese. I’m a fan of Honey flavored goat cheese but have also used many flavors of the Laughing Cow Cheese wedges, which are super easy to use and a snap to clean up.

Add an almond to each date for a bit of crunch. I didn’t have any on hand but have done this in the past and it’s incredibly delicious.

The best part is that if you’re watching your waistline and want a healthy snack full of flavor, these little bites are perfect. They’re only 1 Weight Watchers PointsPlus each! How great is that!?! Adding an almond to each date doesn’t add additional Weight Watchers Points. Awesome!!
