In a medium sauce pan add water to just cover the eggs. Bring to boil on the stovetop. Right when the water starts to boil turn off the stove and cover the eggs. Let them sit for 10 minutes. Remove and let them cool completely.
Cut the eggs in half length wise. Empty the yolks into a bowl add mayo, mustard and relish. Stir to combine. Place mixture into a resealable baggie. Cut off tip and pipe into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and garish with parsley to wow an audience.
This recipe is a guilty pleasure of mine. Now that football season is well underway I find myself craving these far too often. They are so simple to prepare that I have an inner fight going on inside me to make sure I do not enjoy them on a weekly basis!
