In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except oil and wontons. Mix thoroughly. Spoon a small amount onto each wonton skin. Wet edges and fold together to secure filling.
In a medium skillet heat oil on medium-high heat. Place wonton in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup water into pan and cover to steam the tops of the dumplings for 5-10 more minutes until the water is gone.
Remove from pan and serve with a side of soy sauce.
