On a cutting board slice cheese balls and tomatoes about 1/2 inch thick. Tear basil leaves off stem or plant and set aside. Assemble tomato, cheese, basil and repeat onto presentation platter. Crack black pepper over finished display. Right before serving drizzle with some balsamic vinegar.
This recipe will feed 4 people, each serving is Weight Watchers PointsPlus 8 (Assuming that 1/4 lb of mozzarella was used for the entire recipe).
