I made this for my husband on a recent date night.  No clue why it never crossed my mind to use wonton wrappers instead of pasta dough?? The end result was heavenly!  The texture was perfect and the filling melted in your mouth. The brown butter sauce made the dish so decadent. Overall a very romantic meal. Make it for your partner on your next date and let us know what they think!
