- Chicken Breast - 1 pound, cubed
- Cream Cheese - 8 ounces
- Buffalo Sauce - 1/2 cup
- Chicken Broth - 1/2 cup
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Garlic Cloves - 2 cloves, minced
- Black Ground Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cheese - 1 1/2 cups (I used cheddar but your favorite will work, too)
- Bowtie Pasta - 12 Ounces, uncooked
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes or Diced Jalapeno - (Optional) to taste
In a medium saucepan cook pasta using package instructions.
Season the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Then, brown the chicken in a large pan until cooked through.
Add the garlic and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock and buffalo sauce. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, turn the heat to low and add the cream cheese and shredded cheese, stir until it's melted.
Add the noodles to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
This dish serves about 6. Each serving is 13 Weight Watchers PointsPlus. This is definitely one of those dishes to eat on a special occasion or simply, save up the points for it. Believe us, it will be worth it!
I don’t know about you but there is something deliciously tempting about Buffalo Wings. My husband and I love them!! As I am also a huge fan of pasta (hello? who isn’t??) I couldn’t resist taking these two fabulous dishes and melding them together. Pure heaven!!
