Baked Oatmeal

  • Yield : 6 large slices



Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease a 9X9 or 8X8 square baking dish.

In a medium size bowl, mix together the eggs and milk until frothy. Add the melted butter and sugar. Combine Well.

Add the baking powder and rolled oats. Stir to combine.

Pour evenly into the baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Baked Oatmeal Recipe - Gluten Free with Weight Watchers Points

Bake for 30 minutes.


This recipe serves about 6 people. Each serving is Weight Watchers 10 PointsPlus!
TIP: Reduce the Weight Watchers Points with these modifications:
Reduce melted butter to 1/4 cup
Reduce sugar to 1/4 cup
Reduce recipe to 1 egg
The recipe will be a bit less moist but will still have a great taste.
Weight Watchers PointsPlus 7 per serving with modifications.


My good friend Julie M. introduced me to this recipe while we were living in Taiwan. We were new to the country and found it difficult at the time to locate ingredients “from home”. She invited me over for breakfast one morning and I was giddy to see baked oatmeal on the table. Not only did it taste amazing but it was such a comfort when I was feeling so far from “home”. She was so kind to give me the recipe and point me in the direction of finding the ingredients. Now, this has become a family favorite and every time I make it, I think of Julie.
